My Account provides an overview on your teams account and your access level.

My Lists is where to go to review, edit and export your list of prospects.

Glossary shows the different treatments and brands that are currently available in Rare: Monitor.

Territories allows you to create areas for you to search in.

Rare: Monitor allows you to refine your prospective businesses by a range of filters:

Treatment Types can filter in or out any location based on the treatments they offer. The treatments you can see are limited to your subscrption level. Please speak to your account manage for more information.

Service Classification is based on the treatments they businesses offer and Rare: Monitor classifies accordingly.

Manufacturers and Brands filters locations based on the product, brands and manufacturers they mention.

Company Size filters out businesses based on their size.

• Micro: < 10 employees // Turnover under £632k
• Small: 10 - 50 employees // Turnover between £632k - £10.2m
• Medium: 50 - 250 employees // Turnover between £10.2m - £36m
• Large: > 250 employees // Turnover over £36m

Territories are shown based on the lists that you have created. You can learn more about territory building here.

My Lists filters results by the catalogue of prospects that you have already identified.

Show New Clinics by using the toggle to show only those locations which have been added in the last 60 days.

List View shows your results as a list.

Maps View shows your results on a maps view.

When searching for treatments, service classification, brands & manufacturers, companie size or territories, there are three ways to search:

Any: Means that the system will present you with results that offer any of the characteristics you select. E.g., if you select "Cosmetic Dentistry" ANY "Botulinum Toxin" then the system will show you ANY location with at least one of these treatments.

Require: This tells the system to limit the results that offer the exact combination of characteristics you have selected. E.g. if you select "Dermal Filler" AND "Glaucoma Treatment" then the system will show you results that offer these two characteristics.

Hide: Ignore the characteristics you select, removing them from your search.

Postcode: Search for prospects within the first half of a postcode.

Location: Search locations by their name, as captured in Rare: Monitor.
