Filtering in Rare: Monitor enables you to build lists of prospects that you want to target. These filters are found at the top of the page.

By selecting a combination of variables you are able to include or exclude specific business types and add them to your prospects lists.

You can see this in action below.

• Use the treatment type, service classification, business size, postcode location, and manufacturer & brands variables to filter in or out the types of prospects that are most relevant to your business.

• This will create a list of potential prospects for you to meet. Go through the list and using the ‘Add to list’ feature to create a bespoke list of clinics that are suitable. This list view will enable you to export these prospects* and plan your journey time in maps.

• When you are ready to export your list, head to 'My Lists' on the left hand navigation, click on the list you are interested in and press 'Export' to create a downloadable csv file with all the relevant contact information*.

Pro Tip! Our advice is to use a combination of different searches to pull out all the clinics you want and each time you change the search, you can add the interesting prospects into your existing list.
